This piece is about a group of people I became closer with in the beginning of my sophomore year. Although not even a year has passed, we have made a lot of fun memories together, with and without mutual friends. I felt that that they meant a lot to me and I wanted to honor those memories and our friendship, so I decided to recreate the origins of our bond through this piece.

Expressing my creativity helps me show things that I wouldn't feel comfortable with saying aloud. In a sense, it's the expression of repressed emotion, and showing it through art or writing helps me be more rational in real life situations, because there is less going on in my head.
