• Artist Statement

  I call the piece 'Acquainting'. I'm a true hopeless romantic and have loved horses my whole life, so I wanted to make a piece of two horses just being cute and checking each other out. It was done with a graphite pencil on sketchbook paper.

• Creative Statement

  I have never been able to express words very well, so I took to drawing at an early age and found it was an easy way for me to express what I'm feeling and just to let my creative side run wild.
