  This image was taken at a time photographers refer to ask ”Blue Hour”. Blue Hour is the time right after sunset when subjects are bathed in even light, without the presence of harsh shadows or highlights. This image was taken in Los Angeles, and it displays the beautiful sunset colors unique to Southern California.
