Artificial Intelligence(AI) has been a circulating topic among artists recently. Some people defend AI because it’s fun to use and they say it doesn’t directly harm artists. I personally think that AI is not 100% bad. But since AI started advancing to generate art, artists have become at risk of losing their jobs. Not only that, but AI is also programmed to steal work from artists to produce their own “art.” AI companies have admitted to programming their AI bots using the artwork of other artists without permission. AI generators can be fun to use, but it mainly harms artists and the people who work hard to create things.

To me, creativity is the ability to not only express myself, but to have fun. I’ve been drawing since I was 3 or 4 years old and I started drawing digitally when I was 12. Drawing digitally broadened my creativity because I wasn’t limited by art supplies I couldn’t afford.
