My artwork is a poem that I wrote for my best friend Quin, whom I met last year online.

I am famous among my family and friends for making the absolute worst puns and dad jokes, so I decided to submit them.

My poem shows the frustration a person can through when they've worked so hard on something, only for it to be taken away by someone else.

Periods are something so tied to womanhood that it’s something that I, a transgender woman, am honestly somewhat jealous of whenever people talk about having their period.
