This piece represents the concept of evolution and how things can be not what they seem on the outside. For instance, the whole tomato is what’s seen on the outside, and the cut-in-half tomato is what’s seen on the inside. As well as the living goldfish and the skeletal structure of the goldfish. Both have different aspects of what is contained within. Then, you see the tomato conjoined to the goldfish symbolizing evolution. This painting is a blend of abstract and surrealist styles, through the gestures of the brush strokes and tomato fish.

Creativity means, to me, a way to use my imagination to go beyond my ideas. As well as expressing emotions, and thoughts I want to draw or write down.
